It’s back! Shred Day – Saturday, May 21st, 9AM until noon – free!

Canton, Mass. – Canton Co-operative Bank will once again be sponsoring its free community Shred Day on Saturday, May 21st from 9AM until noon (rain or shine) in the parking lot at the Bank’s Main Office at 671 Washington Street, right next to the Post Office.

According to Vice-President/Senior Loan Officer Anabela Vargas, “Many people have asked us when Shred Day would be back. Lots of local people have personal and business documents they’d love to dispose of securely. At Canton Co-operative, we’re delighted to be able to help them make that happen once again with a free Shred Day.”

Up to 2 bags or 2 boxes of documents per person will be shredded. Free cupcakes and free gifts will be provided by Canton Co-operative Bank. Non-perishable donations for the Canton Food Pantry will also be collected at Shred Day.
