Assistant Branch Manager Kimberly Banks receives “5 Years of Service” Award

Kim BanksCanton, Mass. – Canton Co-operative Bank President & CEO Nick Maffeo reported that Kimberly Banks has received her “5 Years of Service” Award at the local independent community Bank.

She was also recently promoted to Assistant Branch Manager.

“Everyone loves Kim Banks,” Canton Co-operative Branch Manager April McKee said. “Customers ask for her specifically all the time. She works very well with everyone here and has been a great addition to our staff.”

“I like helping customers,” Kim Banks said. “Having conversations and getting to know them. It’s an important part of actually being part of the community. Sometimes customers stop by just to say, ‘Hi – hope you all have a great day!’ I think people can tell we have a good team – my co-workers are tremendous and I love working with them.”

Kim Banks joined Canton Co-operative as a Customer Service Representative in 2019. She lives in Braintree, Mass.
