Canton, Mass. – Canton Co-operative Bank will once again be sponsoring its free community HomeBuyer Info Session on Saturday, April 20th from 10AM until 11:30AM on Zoom.
The popular program has been expanded and is now open to everyone planning to buy a home – whether it’s for the first time or if it’s been a while. Topics to be covered include: Finding a property, getting a mortgage and protecting yourself legally.
The free HomeBuyer Info Session will be hosted by Canton Co-operative Bank Vice-President/Senior Loan Officer Anabela Vargas with real estate attorney Michelle Tiews of Vieira & DiGianfilippo Ltd and Melissa Mayer of the Mayer Realty Group.
“This is a tricky time to be buying a house,” Anabela Vargas said. “Most homebuyers have lots of questions. They’re looking for practical answers and clear information about their individual situations. At Canton Co-operative, we’re offering this small group workshop to help people get objective information that will move them closer to successfully buying their first home or their next home.”
