Recently, a customer who had a mortgage and an equity line on their home here in Canton said their son was planning to buy a house in a nearby town and they really wished he could work with us to get his mortgage. (We told them, “He can!”)
Around the same time, another customer asked if they could get a mortgage with us for a vacation/beach house they were hoping to find soon. (The answer was, “Yes!”)
Right now, this ad is running in the local papers. It came about because when we discovered that a lot of people didn’t know Canton Co-operative could make loans outside of Canton, we figured we should let them know that we do … all the time, actually.
