Mobile Deposit almost seems magical. You take a photo of the front and the back of a check with your smart phone or tablet and it gets deposited into your account wirelessly … saving you making a trip to the Bank.
At Canton Co-operative, most of our customers do still deposit checks either in the Bank with a teller or via ATM. And that’s fine.
But if you’re signed up for Online Banking here at Canton Co-operative, you also have access to our Mobile Banking system. So you can easily Mobile Deposit checks anytime you like.
Which is why we encourage you to try Mobile Deposit at least once to have the experience and to see what you think.
The system walks you right through the process. Basically the only thing you have to remember is to be sure to endorse the back of your check with your name, account number and the words “For Canton Co-operative Bank Mobile Deposit Only.”
Some people use Mobile Deposit all the time and they love it. We’ve also had comments from customers who tell us it’s easy enough for them to come into the Bank but it’s kind of fun to experiment with this new technology.
